Do you guys have the TesalFI and Tesla data feed areas? Lot of details in there and you can edit the columns shown. Very handy for creating your own graphs to test something out.

I'm seeing data about my drive, but the fields for kWh and Wh/Miles are both '0.' I have an R1S Max Pack. Is there something I need to do to enable kWh readings?

I've had occasion issues with TeslaFi and have contacted them and they've been able to track them down and correct my scenario (assuming others hit it too but hadn't noticed yet).

What mode are you driving in? I believe that only All Purpose will show these numbers in electrafi.

This error has been occurring in all purpose mode.

I'll reach out to them, thanks. I wonder if it's a Max Pack issue?

Support got back to me very quickly. I'm apparently the first max pack on the platform and they'll need to code for the configuration in order for me to see kWh.

As a follow-up, I've now had the service running for a couple weeks and I've done a couple deep charges including a couple over 90% as they ask for. The efficiency numbers appear to be fairly close to those reported by the truck's trip meter now. Just take the Wh/mi, take the reciprocal, and multiply by 1000 to get mi/kWh. I have asked them to add mi/kWh display since that's what the majority of non-Tesla EVs use.

Looks like they updated ElectraFi my Max Pack account works now. The Wh/Miles figure doesn't seem accurate at this point.

Update:
The Wh/Miles calculation appears to based on 180 kWh. This is from a 0-95% charge:

Don't recall where I found it, but they ideally want to see a charge to over 90% while also charging at least 60% of the battery. IIRC, I did one at a DCFC (since I can't charge 60% overnight) from around 22% to 92% and then my data was much closer to what the trip meter shows.

That said, 3.14 mi/kWh is possible with your truck being a DM and a net loss of elevation. I frequently see upwards of 2.5-2.9 mi/kWh on my 14 mile commute downhill to the office with a roundtrip closer to 2.3-2.4 mi/kWh in good weather with my QM on 20s.

Based on your update, you need to submit a ticket to ElectraFi. Still questions on what the gross capacity really is, but the C&D article claimed Rivian told them 149 kWh gross and ~142 kWh usable.

The Rivian-reported efficiency for the trip I pasted above was 2.5 mi/kWh at 75-77 mph. We reset the trip meter to only include the highway segment, so around 5 miles on city streets and lower-speed highways were recorded by ElectraFi, but weren't accounted for in the trip meter. I'd bet efficiency is actually around 2.6-2.7 mi/kWh for that entire trip.

142 * 95% = 135
135/172.6 = 78%
22% charging overhead (AC->DC)?

The kWh reported by our EVSE correlates with the kWh reported by the Rivian, so I don't think that's it. It was a 0-95% charge so more likely 172.6/.95=181.6
