Love it!
Simon says let’s see the boat with you on board, standing on one leg(left) and waving with with your right hand
Good luck with them paying for a rental car. Some who have killed the battery have reported that Rivian will not cover this under warranty, so you may get an invoice for everything.well, it’s gonna be here for a few days before they can look at it. They’re paying for a rental car which is nice. I’m just lucky that I happen to be not too far from a service center. I cannot imagine what a pain in a butt it would be if you didn’t live near a service center…
I finally made it home after dropping off the rental car and I checked my Chevy bolt. It’s been sitting here unplugged for six weeks and I’m still at a full charge.Come on OP, with a boat like that, I expect you to be smarter about leaving an EV at 10 miles of range for any overnight period of time.....
It's always been a bad idea to park an EV with a battery that low. Nothing to do with Rivian. It's bad for the battery.First. It's not your fault. Having 10-20 miles is reasonable to expect 10-20 miles.

OP says he never had the problem with their Bolt, but the Bolt is going to complain and stop giving you a range remaining figure when you run it that low.
And you're just diverting blame. I have never had an issue running my Rivian batteries that low because I plug them in immediately after, like you are supposed to.Your making excuses
As a stock holder, OP should absolutely be paying for this out-of-pocket.Good luck with them paying for a rental car. Some who have killed the battery have reported that Rivian will not cover this under warranty, so you may get an invoice for everything.
Lots of Christmas Eve make believe in this post…OP. I for one think it's effin ridiculous that if the vehicles battery drains it needs to be towed into a service center. It's poor design on rivians part and there really isn't an excuse for why this needs to be towed in. There are a lot of rivian early adopters here on this forum that are apologists and will blame you. First. It's not your fault. Having 10-20 miles is reasonable to expect 10-20 miles. Second. It's not ok for a 100k vehicle to become bricked just because you run it out of charge. And we as a community need to stop accepting this as an acceptable answer.
