Actually they have slowed down the last 2 quarters. Hopefully this year there will be an increase. It is hard to say. I found out a lot depends on the city and permitting. For example, the Buttonwillow RAN station was sitting at "coming soon" for over 2 years and the Santa Nella one was announced in July and was operational in early November (buttonwillow did come on in late October).
I have seen (from these forums and FB groups) that the RAN stations are coming online faster now.
I've been following the City Council meetings. It sounds like the council has come to an agreement and next steps are for plans to be submitted and approved. That is coming from the board meeting around September or October. I also emailed the City Manager a while back, sounds like it is on track. I've assumed a done deal.Does anyone have an update on the status of the RAN charger planned for Orland, CA?
This is why it takes so long to get things done. It is like driving by a construction site and seeing 15 people out there.....2 are working and the other 13 are talking about the work.I've been following the City Council meetings. Neither is Groveland, and there are photos of the construction floating around.Firebaugh just came online. Now we need Orland to bridge between Sac and Shasta to get decent coverage on the 5.
Orland isn’t showing up in Rivian’s map as coming soon though… I hope it’s not scrapped.
Lassen isn't open half the year so I'm thinking that plays a role?Any Orland updates?
Off to Lassen this weekend, assuming I'll be visiting EA in Willow and Anderson.
Off topic but Lassen NP would be a great location for Rivian.
? Orland isn't listed as "Coming Soon" on the Rivian website:

Location would be nice for our trips to the Bay Area.
