The others are the infotainment system reset and the sleep cycle.

Not an acceptable solution, blah blah, I'm gonna write my senator, blah blah
I understand that your heat's not working well and you are frustrated, but your reply is kind of rude and makes me regret trying to help you.

Literally just try the settings I posted in my photos. That's why I took the photos and posted them for you. They've worked well for me all winter, even when it was 5 degrees outside.

Or don't. Idgaf. ?

Adding one more to the echo chamber. If I pre-warm the cabin, it seems to work, but once I'm in my truck, it seems like it plateaus around maybe mid-low 70s. Underwhelming.
Exactly like this for me. I get into the preconditioned car and it's sweltering, but as I drive to the office 25 miles away it just get's colder inside. By the time I arrive my feet are cold. 70 and Auto for preheat and driving. Weird.

Well, I went out for a drive this evening and made sure the rear vents were activated. Definitely felt warmer! I think it needs a few more drives to be sure. I had it set to 75 with the fan somewhere in the middle... Actually had to turn it down for the first time.

known software bug….work around is to be sure your rear heat is on (I just keep rear floor vents on during winter)….
Is this only for heating? Or cooling as well?

No complaints about mine. Try these settings.

A few thoughts:
  • You can tap & drag to adjust direction of vents/airflow (lot of new owners don't know this)
  • Supplement with heated seats & wheel as needed
  • Don't use Auto, otherwise it will do stupid, unpredictable things (just my opinion) ?

I do this too but I also turn off the upper front vents so only the footwells are used as heat rises anyway. I think the car initially uses the resistive heater which is faster than any car I've had. Then later it switches to scavange mode off the motor inverters which might only be 70-80 degrees.

Adding to this. We've had the same issue since last winter. Had a mobile technician come out(only took 2 months😑), he confirmed that it only works when the rear heat is on(similar to others on this post). A week later, we get an invoice stating that he could not duplicate the problem!?! Taking it in, in person this upcoming Friday. If it's a known issue/bug and they are working on a fix, they should at least keep the service ticket open to address at a later time. Very frustrating for a vehicle that's so expensive.
