This is not directed at you @cwang089:
"Their engineers said it was a major problem for gen 1 due to charging the 12v" ... then us Gen 1 owners should be able to connect a dual channel Battery Tender to keep the 12V batt(s) completely topped up when not using the vehicle for longer stretches which would prevent the vehicle from waking up just to charge the 12V batt(s).
