or better yet, if the garage is marked, take a picture. I typically do this in airport parking garages.

My office has underground parking and cellular signal is not there. App does not work as there is no signal. Key fob range is terrible. How does one find the car if they don't recall the exact place they parked.

In seriousness, if you have iPhone, why not just use AirTag and leave it in the vehicle. As soon as you come within range, you'll be able to locate it. No need for internet. Works on BT and has impressive range, relatively speaking.

I assume you'll recall which floor level kinds of big easy stuff to recognize. Also, you can always take a picture to get the general scene of where you'd parked.

Yes it is very bad. I say worse than the horrendous camera quality!!!

I feel like we have successfully found our cars in large parking lots and garages for generations before there was internet and key-fobs. Maybe count rows and make a note?

So Bluetooth range is usually better than this. Does anyone know if it is key fob or car?
I am going to try using phone and see if it has better range than fob

The car already uses BT so an air tag in side the car won't have better range than the external beacons powered off the car I think.
It's frustrating when all the days blur into each other. My wife always asks what I ate for lunch but food isn't my thing so if I'm not hungry after lunch, mission accomplished.
I guess a photo of the floor you're on every day was a good suggestion. The garage should number and letter the areas. Ask them.

Take a picture of a “landmark” or sign when you park…

When I worked in a building with a multilevel garage I would go to the topmost level, which was pretty much empty, and park in the same spot every day.

Take a picture with your phone of your parked car before you leave so you get a rough idea of the layout and the cars parked around it. Take a picture of any labels for the parking garage on the pillars "like section 2B" etc.

Garrage is not marked. While I do remember rough location and with other cars I would just use fob to locate the car, rivian is terrible for this.

Love the memory supplement suggestion. May be Rivian should send those to all rivian owners like me who need it, unless I am the only one ?
