Yesterday a bit of the noise may have come back, and the wife commented that she can feel it slightly in the floor. It's definitely less noisy, and not acting like a cement mixer full of rocks. I have pipe covers so I may apply them for the heck of it.

Same issue on my vehicle, where the hose was too close to the plastic cowl. Temporarily placed a foam weather stripping seal on the bottom of the plastic which solved all of the noises/vibration. Decided to do more of a permanent fix by:

1) Wrapping the section of AC line with foam pipe wrap. Used this from Home Depot: https://www.homedepot.com/p/K-Flex-...-Pipe-Wrap-Insulation-6RTL048058-HD/306737580
2) Applied an additional piece of Dynamat under the plastic cowl/trim to help absorb any additional vibration from the hose.

Definitely a slight improvement in noise from the cabin compared to just sticking a piece of foam tape between the hose and plastic piece. Ultimately, a dramatic improvement from before without any of the fixes where the AC hose vibrated against the plastic trim causing a nasty buzzing sound inside the cabin when the AC was on.

Just took a look at mine and found the ground was hitting on the suspension tower. Removed bolt (5/16") and bent tab slightly up and twisted locking tab slightly to create clearance.

Side note - was surprised how compliant the bushings were. I guess I'm used to ICE where it needs to be held solid to the engine.

To update on moving ground wire, vibration through firewall is greatly improved. Used to be able to feel it in the brake pedal and that is now almost completely gone.

I resolved mine myself. The piece of foam you see was just for troubleshooting. As a permanent solution I installed foam rubber pipe insulation on a 6" section of the pipe there.

Thank you for this. I just placed a small piece of foam in the same spot of my 23 R1T. Previously, it sounded like a 747 taking off. The entire dash would vibrate. Now, I barely hear anything. Saved me a 8 hour round trip to the service center!
