Ok, not sure if anyone else had a similar experience. I was on the fence about continuing the service. One thing I noticed is that once I signed up for it, the lady in the truck (alexa) now works again for making voice calls. When the service was turned off, I would call the lady's name and say..."call...Honey".
The lady would reply something to the effect of, I can't figure out which contact to call. I only have one honey....because I enjoy being married LOL ?‍
‍?‍?
This happened to any contact I would try. My guess is that b/c the network connection to the cloud was diminished, there wasn't enough bandwidth for that functionality to continue to work as it should.
Now with the full service restored, it all works again. Which is great, but kinda blows too, because if you want to place a hands free call you need this bandwidth.
