Unable to view media with latest update

After the most recent update I went to try out the YouTube and Chromecast and got this message:

I called service and they didn't know what to do and said I need a mobile visit... Then they said the next available mobile visit was in August of '25 ?.

I figure someone else is seeing this message and knows a fix!

I have tried display reset and hard reset with no resolution.

I had the black screen issue all day....finally did a soft reset and tada started to work. I got casting and youtube working now - mind you I got youtube working with my home wifi (I am not a c+ subscriber)

I’ve got the same issue with the screen that shows “Getting ready to stream…” and spent about 45 minutes on the phone with service which was useless. Not holding my breath but I imagine a complete reinstall of the update is likely what will be needed.

Anyone figure this one out? I was hoping the latest update would resolve this issue but no such joy. This is especially frustrating after just getting my car back from a month in the SC.
