Is this saying that of the 23% of vehicles that have been sent the update 25% of those have connect+? Or is this saying that 25% of the total fleet has connect+, 23% has been sent the update, and the remaining 2% connect+ crowd is still waiting?

Everyone thinks they should get it before the beta testers lol.

I get it, and you aren't wrong, but if you charge money for something, an expectation comes attached.

In theory
1. Beta testing (on any schedule Rivian determines)
2. Connect+ users (vehicle should be batched to download first, if connected)

• Non connect users, non beta users should not occur before this cohort

3. Wifi Users
4. Later deployments over LTE

I may work on those numbers a bit to make it clear. It's tough to provide visibility while also being clear. If you have feedback on expectation I'd be happy to work it in.

Mine was too. I unplugged the car and it helped

You're still getting priority, what if Rivian had waited a few extra days to start the deployment? WiFi has nothing to do with you being flagged for the update, only at one point you download it.

I should perhaps make an educational page on this process.

With those percentages being so close, almost everyone has Connect+. So, even getting priority for Connect+ means you could wait a few days.
