Does anyone know if there is a way to inform Rivian of a systemic issue without going the service ticket route? Two service centers couldn’t fix these issues so I want to be certain that HQ knows to include them in a future SW update:
1. Both Amazon music and streamed music from iPhone glitch/stutter/skip. I don’t have Spotify or Apple Music so can’t check them. (SC says eventual SW drop will fix). Many forum members have reported some version of this issue.
2. Since the last drop, Google Maps freezes on first trip of the day and will not allow you to program routes/trips. Takes a soft reset to fix (temporarily). I’ve also seen several folks complain about this.
I could call service support and try to get them to log a ticket, but perhaps there’s a better way that someone knows about? TIA
