Priorities! I'd much rather have my face stuffed with simple carbohydrates and grease than my vehicle be neat and tidy. Much like my arteries. It's amazing how much cleaner your car will be when you NEVER eat food in it.
What a delight to see the use of “twixt”… Bravo dear sir!!Either on the area twixt the armrest and dash (it probably has a technical name, but I don't know what that is) or behind the driver's seat in a grocery bag hanging from the hook thoughtfully provided by Rivian engineers. It is one of the co-pilot/navigator's duties to reach back to get snacks or drinks as desired by the driver. Waste products (empty wrappers and suchlike) are tossed over the driver's right shoulder to land in the dog zone for potential future recovery.
This was my first thought too
In my wife's jeep.Space adds up fast, especially on long drives.
We’ve seen folks stash snacks in the armrest, door pockets, or even custom organizers.
Where’s your go-to spot to keep food handy (without creating a mess)?
I'm struggling to figure out where that steering wheel is mounted... Do you wedge into the seat and drive side-saddle?I'm not exactly the Jiffy Lube guys best friend...

Nailed it!!!!!!! Great Minds think alike on all the ways you keep and store food and snaksI always take supplies with me on trips up into the Rockies. I do that even when I have no intention of going off road. Food is in a cooler bag on the floor behind the seats. It’s in the frunk if we have our dogs. Candy and gum are always in the center arm rest.
In the winter, I even take extra water and an electric kettle. There is always an opportunity to enjoy a coffee in the snow.
AI struggle is realI'm struggling to figure out where that steering wheel is mounted... Do you wedge into the seat and drive side-saddle?
