Yeah I wonder when an update to handle merging vehicles will happen. Seems really aggressive.Nothing. I'm having a hard time justifying paying $2,500 for ADS without some new features.
Using the past as a window to the future, the first clue will be an update to the phone app followed by the vehicle update 7-10 days later. Its been a minute since the last one, anyone heard anything?
We received a phone app update on 3/20 and no vehicle update this time.Using the past as a window to the future, the first clue will be an update to the phone app followed by the vehicle update 7-10 days later.
Yes, someone over there said that. However, if it's not ready, it's not ready. No amount of handwringing is going to matter. And, I'd rather they release it when ready than prematurely and broken. The various owner/enthusiast platforms are inundated with enough complaints of various things... need more signal, not noise.A lot of the expectation for an update was created by Rivian with the coming “early 2026” promises.
Nothing to share yet
I believe it! I just haven’t noticed this because I don’t do UHF until i am on the road/freeway lane already. I feel there are too many things happening at freeway on ramps and merged that may require quick actions and decisions - I learned this from my Tesla days. Back then, a lot of freeway merge accidents involving new owners not understanding the limitations of the autopilot/FSD.Yeah I wonder when an update to handle merging vehicles will happen. Seems really aggressive.
