Do you have the 8 degree angle adapter or mount?It’s odd that different folks have different experiences, even with basically the same Rivian.
It's a bug with fingerprinting. Go to the "Vehicle" settings and deselect the Rivian and let it fingerprint automatically again.Well, here’s a new one. I got in my truck, today, went to activate my Comma 4, and the Comma display said “SunnyPilot unavailable”. What’s the deal with that? I tried disconnecting it from the mount and reconnecting it, but that didn’t do anything. I even did a software reset on the Rivian. That didn’t work either. I logged on to the SunnyLink website and it shows my Comma as being connected, no problems. So, what’s going on here?
