Would someone be able to confirm that the SXM phone app credentials will work on this new SXM audio app? While the truck is getting wrapped, trying to understand if I’m still using BT to the Rivian for SXM or can use the same subscription natively (like AppleMusic). Thanks!
I did not enter creds for SXM. I assume it’s defaulting to the trial. I would think you could login with your creeds if you have a subscription. I don’t believe I have one anymore. It certainly wasn’t using BT.

So far it has been about a week between Connect+ and non-Connect+ roll outs.

This is still the first wave, it is usually smaller and there is a much larger push day 2.

For what it is worth, I have Connect+ and have not seen it yet. I did hear that a large percentage of owners did opt in for Connect+ so actually seeing a priority delivery is not likely.

Nope, Rivians are being treated as if they have the satellite hardware. Your vehicle has a radio ID and you'll have to pay for another line of service if you want to continue after the trial (and do the usual SXM song and dance where you threaten to cancel every year in order to get offered a reasonable $5/month rate for the next year).

Now that you mention this, I recall my former BMW worked the same way. ThIs is not new to Rivian.

really? I've read otherwise on these forums so interested to hear what the 'true' answer is on this.....I don't have the update yet but from watching the youtube video posted earler that went through the release highlights it sounded like you could log into your existing sxm account and stream like you do with spotify and other existing apps

I see that too. Unfortunately my R1s hasn’t detected my key in the vehicle for the past month so no way to update for me.
Has this option been there since the last update? I don’t recall seeing it. I did get a popup like many others during the last update, .43. The menu option is no longer present for me.

Everyone will probably get this one by end of the weekend I would think given that the holiday lock sounds won't be super popular after the holidays next week.
