Any Non-OEM crossbar suggestions ?

$650 for the OEM cross bars seems crazy. Any suggestions for an alternative>

Rivian uses Yakima. If going direct, Yakima and Thule have raised their prices significantly in the last couple years as well.

You can pay more for EV Sportline's Thule based bars. Or, you can play "is this a scam?" with the eBay sellers pretending to be selling unbranded, untested, knockoffs of Rivian's. Or, you can search for Rivian branded ones on eBay and use your best common sense to determine if the seller is legit. Members here put them up for sale from time to time, you just have to put in the time to look.

Midnight run. B-stock rejects. 5 finger discount. All plausible.

Not sure what the actual description says, but in the photo those do not look to be width adjustable like the OEM ones.

Looks like these will only fit bed of R1T. I like them though for the price. Good find

I ordered them. I guess I'll find out and return if not as advertised. Non-adjustability in width is a bit strange.. Overconstrained but there's probably enough flex to account or there's some hidden adjustability.

So I ordered the Amazon crossbars as stated earlier in a post, 3 weeks ago, but then 2 days ago I got a message from the Amazon seller that it wasn't available and I got refunded. So it may or may not exist.

Thule makes bars and with the recent oem price hikes, may even be cheaper

I have the Thule EVO Bars on the bed. If ordering via Thule it was not much less than stock. I looked up the part numbers of the needed components on Thules website and ordered separately from online vendors and paid a little under $500. I tried to do the same a little while latter for the roof but I could not find the deals like with the bed. I eventually saw a set on Amazon, obviously Chinese but only $159. Fee returns so I took a chance they are solid. The mounting is a u bolt threaded up into the “feet”. I use it for my paddle boards in the summer so light duty. I think they had some for the bed as well.
