I have to drive from Philadelphia to Brooklyn this Saturday to get it fix as well, can you share how long was the repair from start to end? Thanks.

Thanks, I just reached out to them via chat, they were helpful on the chat. Unfortunately, they said Trenton is still getting up to speed and has limited capacity. Currently appointments are booked through August. I supposed I can wait since the front camera haven't prevented me from using the highway assist.

I’ve been dealing with water condensation inside camera lens since delivery (after/during drives when it is rainy out), and in recent service center visit, they “extensively tested” it, and found it “within spec” (if the water clears within 1 hour of detection) … did any one else notice this on their Gen2, forward facing camera on the side mirrors? (It’s only impacting one side for me). And I suspect it is messing with lane detection and/or vehicle detections.
