I don't think RAN is using these, but saw them on Out of Spec recently https://www.xcharge.us/product/netzeroseries They use a battery, primarily as a buffer so they can be tapped into a more normal 20-80a circuit, recharge slowly, but still output DCFC. You would theoretically get a charge or two with the power out. However, I think they would still need internet to process payments.

I’m very glad Rivian, Ford and GMC customer have access to the Tesla network.

It’s always good to have options especially during bad weather.

FPL had a mobile charging station setup in Florida where a Ford Lightning Forum member was able to get a top off charge.
