Bluetooth Causes Maxed Volume After Exit

Both my wife and I have noticed that after we exit the vehicle with one of our phones having been connected via Bluetooth, our ringer volume is maxed out. Happens every time without fail.

I’ve had this happen in previous vehicles but it’s been a long time. Has anyone else noticed this happening to them?

My Android volume is maxed out while connected to Bluetooth audio in the Riviann and playing music. Adjusting the volume on my phone doesn't do anything (in my prior vehicles it did).

It's been like this for me from the first day driving my R1T in March of 2022. I saw some phone 'volume' updates in the change log for 2023.42.01, but it's still happening.

Has anyone in this thread opened a case with service on this? I did not, even in 2022 just assuming it would be fixed as it's a bug...

I’ve still yet to be able to fix it. I think I’ll add it to my ticket for February service.

This is still a problem for us, on both phones, and some days I’m about ready to toss my phone at the car and then drive the car into the nearest ditch.

It can’t possibly be just us?
