Anyone run into a rattle like this yet? Seems to be coming from the rear passenger door/bpillar area. It stops if I press on the door panel above the speaker.

I got this exact same rattle coming from both rear doors. Next month will be my third service visit for this issue, they can’t seem to fix it properly. :/

if remember right they told me it’s due to improper leather application or something like that.

Thank you for this. This was indeed the same issue on my R1T. Used some foam weather insulation on the bottom of the plastic cowl so the refrigerant line no longer rubs and vibrates against this piece. Took it out on a drive and while the AC compressor is still loud, my dash no longer buzzes like before.

I wonder if the insulation that goes around refrigerant pipes on HVAC will work to fix this. The wife's R1S doesn't do this so I may take her cowl cover off and see what's different.

Here’s a new one for us. Rear light bar squeaks like crazy with the slightest movement when driving even over some of the most smooth roads. Recreated by applying light pressure to either side of the light bar.

I removed it to clean it and make sure it wasn’t just dirt. Before adding felt tape myself, figure I’ll give Rivian a shot.

Service Center appt in a couple weeks.

It may be a pure coincidence, but after I disabled Regen assist and started using All Purpose / Moderate / Low settings, the rattle from suspension has become much less obvious. Hope it can stay that way for a while. R1T.

I've suffered from rattles from (seemingly) all 4 doors on my R1S. A few mobile tech visits helped for awhile, but they returned (or new ones developed). Recently, took the time to have my wife drive the car around while I systematically tried to isolate the rattles. For at least some of these, it appears to be caused by rubbing between the interior door panels and the metal door frame itself. Putting pressure with my hand on various places would pause the rattle. I took this further based on some other forum posts and carefully worked in small pieces of felt at suspect locations. I used a guitar pick and a tiny flathead screwdriver to slot the felt in certain places. Glamorous? No. Functional? After a few weeks, seems the answer is yes! Most of the more annoying rattles seem to be gone. Hope this might help a few others out there trying to quiet down the ride!

Anyone get a rattle coming from the passenger visor. I think it was the visor, but it seems to be coming from inside the headliner. In between the visor and the center top lights.
