Did they tell you what went wrong?So about a week ago I pulled out of my driveway and got a critical battery issue. My R1S bricked in front of my neighbor's driveway. Rivian had it about a week and brought it back yesterday. All good!

I got the 12v battery issue about a year ago on the way to work. I pulled over (at 3:30am) and called Rivian and was surprised they answered. Went through the hard reset, soft reset and it didn't fix it. The support person assured me that I can make it to work (about 80 miles away) with no issue. He said to plug in and close the apps and put the car to sleep maybe it will reset. It didn't work but I stay locally while I am in town for work. I parked the car overnight at the hotel and when I woke up in the morn.....voila.....it cleared. I called them and they still scheduled a mobile appointment for that Friday.So about a week ago I pulled out of my driveway and got a critical battery issue. I just had the same issue, the tow company had to literally drag the R1T out of my garage. Can’t be good for the truck. My truck is 1 month old. UnbelievableSame exact issue! Tow truck is on the way now to transport my brand new R1T to the service center. No rhyme or reason - just displayed the "Critical battery" error then shut down (brick)! Thankfully, it's in my garage, and we have another car to use while the R1T is in for service. Not even 1,000 miles on the vehicle. Wow!
