My vampire drain was better but now I think it might actually have gotten worse. Losing a similar amount to OP.I assume you have 2022.15.0 installed? After that my Vampire got much better.

Did you have gear guard enabled the whole time? That likely drains it a bit. Also, battery pack is likely (assuming it's similar to Tesla's) heated/cooled to optimal condition for its long-term health, even when parked (in a hot or cold environment). How often you try to connect and wake up the vehicle, is another factor.
Yes, gear guard was active. Mine was inside our garage with no one around to wake it.Are you folks parked in a place where the key might be waking it up often? Mine is in my carport and losing <1% a day.
Was just thinking about this, thought I would add a couple more points to show how much this really is.5 miles per day would be acceptable.
I am also in the 10% loss club. Living in Southern California, the battery should not be doing much conditioning.
I do have GearGuard on and have limited how much I check the app. Hopefully Rivian figures this out. Unfortunately, they are saying it is normal. This makes me believe they are not even looking into resolving the issue.
I'm having significant vampire drain without having ever activated gear guard. So I've noticed from the latest update gear guard is recording WAY more videos overall. For 4 hours in my works parking lot i had over 100 events recorded (500 or so videos) and the events were pretty much every 30 seconds to a minute. No people or movement was in the shots other then tree shadows blowing in the wind.
Previously to the latest update in the same parking lot i would have 3 or 4 events recorded in that same 4 hours.
I've turned of gear guard for the time being but if you have a crap ton of videos, that's probably part of the issue.
Sent a email to service Sunday. No response yet.If you are experiencing drain that exceeds your expectations, have you placed a work order? Only way they're going to act is if owners who have a vehicle with problems, is report them.
Opened a support ticket, they called me and said it was normal! If you are experiencing drain that exceeds your expectations, have you placed a work order? Only way they're going to act is if owners who have a vehicle with problems, is report them.
Ygtbsm. That's bad.Opened a support ticket, they called me and said it was normal!
Well , that sucks!Opened a support ticket, they called me and said it was normal!
They have to do something about it, even the lower numbers (~2pct/day) seem awful high for anything it should be doing.Well , that sucks!
At 12.5kWh/day vampire drain- here in NY (at 23 cents/kWh) that would cost me $2.88/day, $87/month or $1,049/year.. that's "normal"?.. no, that's BS!!![]()
