I think we’re far past the beginning of the end, this is the final nail in the coffin.Agreed and, personally, I see this as the beginning of the end for Lordstown.
I was just trying to occupy myself while awaiting the Rivian info dump
Always have to look for the asterisk: "*The F-150 battery-electric prototype is towing far beyond any production truck’s published capacity in a one-time short event demonstration. Never tow beyond a vehicle’s towing capacities. Always consult the Owner’s Manual."
This is basically me and my rationale, but hedging the Cybertruck as I’m confident in our LE R1S that will eventually be my wife’s DD (after the Cybertruck arrival).Yep. Hedging my bets that Rivian can get me a truck in the next 18 months. Rivian is still my preference, but I'm a little tempted to do a base battery XLT f150, and get an R1s for the family hauler (my wife's commuter).
Curious why you say "rumored"? Ford gave out pricing. Platinum is a few dollars over $90,000 - before any options (whatever you can still add to Platinum trim)..And let's see what the real price of the Ford EV F150 Platinum turns out to be. $90,000 is the rumored price for a fully loaded Platinum.
