What is the email I need to use to invite electrafi?Do you have a separate account on the vehicle for ElectraFi? I created an account and shared access specifically for ElectraFi purposes.
Are proximity and gear guard off at home?
Lastly, if you want to see if it's ElectraFi then one way is to remove it, give it a few days, and then see if the problem resolved.

If you use Gmail you should be able to create an alias. Gmail ignores periods in email addresses. What is the email I need to use to invite electrafi?
There is also this option, pulled this from google: The Gmail + trick uses what's called “plus addressing” to quickly create unique email addresses that can receive mail in an existing email account. All you have to do is add a "+" symbol and any word or combination of characters after your username and before the "@" symbolIf you use Gmail you should be able to create an alias. Gmail ignores periods in email addresses.
So if your email is [email protected] you could use [email protected] it will go to the same email but you can create a separate Rivian account with it just for the purposes of using ElectraFi.
It's more about trusting that they have good enough security protections in place to prevent any data leaking or hacks.I trust them a lot and so do tens of thousands of Tesla owners.
Can you present evidence to support this statement?the developer hasn't taken the proper security cautions
That statement should have been preceded with an "if" ... I fixed it nowCan you present evidence to support this statement?

This could potentially be a lucrative Target for hackers, and if the developer hasn't taken the proper security cautions, your car's credentials could be in the hands of someone else.
ElectriFI / TeslaFI security info:Can you present evidence to support this statement?
The service would need to have access to the various charging networks' billing data to render the actual charging cost. It can pull in supercharging billing data (pretty sure, TeslaFi can) but not EA, ChargePoint, EVGo, etc.Can somebody help me out with a quick question. Anytime I charge outside of my home it shows it under “savings” instead of cost. Is there a way to change this so I have an accurate estimate on my cost?
Thanks
The credentials held by ElectraFi/TeslaFi only allow access to the API that pulls data from your vehicle; they don't retain your Rivian credentials. If there is a compromise you can change your password which will invalidate all tokens. It's more about trusting that they have good enough security protections in place to prevent any data leaking or hacks.

One should create a separate account for the purposes of polling data from their vehicle. For example, I have I dummy account that's added as a driver to both my vehicles that I use for pulling data. That way if there is a data breach, I can delete that account without affecting my main rivian account. It's more about trusting that they have good enough security protections in place to prevent any data leaking or hacks.
