2023 R1T Launch Edition here and have the same issue with the rear passenger door. It just started a couple of months ago. Similar experience, it's just the one door. All other doors close with "reasonable" force. It's just the one door that has to be almost slammed to shut the door.

Service ticket is in process. I'll update this post after the vehicle is serviced.

I have had similar experience and have had my front passenger door readjusted several times (I want to say 4 times).
The force required to close is in question here in the responses I've seen. I get that, here is the MOST IMPORTANT point and concern I have with this recurring issue:
When my passenger enters and exits, they will inevitably not close the door correctly, and I have to politely ask them to try again, or, walk around and fix it myself, sometimes twice.
Passengers change, sometimes it's my wife (she's learning slowly), though often my biking buddies, family etc. Regardless of seal, adequate force or other arguments, the fact remains the door is not as it should be. Leave the niggling aside.
As further proof, my driver door is perfect (thank god) and no issues with my 8 year old getting in and out of the back.
The adjustments have reared various levels of improvement, though the alignment seems to fall out eventually.

I'm going to leave my feelings on this issue aside. You'll note I haven't posted about this previously, I personally am so overjoyed with my R1 experience that I don't like adding to the common gripe I see in the forum.
Just a factual backup to OP's complaint that I don't think is being taken seriously.
Thanks all,
R

Our R1S/R1T side doors (a total of eight) close perfectly -- as long as there's another opening for the air to go out by. The last door we close -- which for us is usually the rear passenger side -- takes more force, unless there is a window open. I agree with those who have advised to try it with and without an open window.

Looking at the video, my impression was that the door shouldn't bounce back like that. So my inclination was to say, "That's not right. You should expect them to FIX that." However, with the video showing only a disembodied hand and not the person's whole body, I'm less confident that I can evaluate the force being applied.

@tcvirginia and others: You deserve a vehicle you'll be proud of under all circumstances. If this isn't an air-pressure issue, I hope it gets fixed promptly.

Best to all!
