I was told by numerous reps that they will reach out to the team and put in a request. I’ve followed up a few times but haven’t had any progress. I also requested a refund until they get more back in stock or figured out but they said they needed to wait until the item that never arrived was mysteriously delivered to process. Doesn’t make sense. I like my Rivian, like my service experiences but the sales team and customer service are absolutely terrible.
I have had no response after bringing the issue up with the gear shop twice over the last 3 weeks.

I just got an email that a replacement center console has been requested (didnt mention anything about whether there is currently stock or waiting on restock) and that a return label will be provided for the NACS adapter.

Question for the Hive: If UPS loses an order from Rivian Gear Shop prior to delivery, who is responsible for filing the claim and getting reimbursed from UPS... Rivian or customer?

...asking for a friend.

I apologize for the mistake that was made and I have requested the replacement for the console organizer to be sent to you. As for the NACS adapter, I've requested a return label to be sent in the inbox and you should receive it within a day or two. Just use it to ship the adapter back to us via UPS.
