I have had no response after bringing the issue up with the gear shop twice over the last 3 weeks.I was told by numerous reps that they will reach out to the team and put in a request. I’ve followed up a few times but haven’t had any progress. I also requested a refund until they get more back in stock or figured out but they said they needed to wait until the item that never arrived was mysteriously delivered to process. Doesn’t make sense. I like my Rivian, like my service experiences but the sales team and customer service are absolutely terrible.
