Greetings!! After the effort I just put in installing the floor mats I purchased from the Gear Shop for my new R1T, I have to ask.

Does anyone else think installing these should be an Olympic event that just might be able to top the decathlon???

Oy, do I need a schnapps!! :)

I agree. Had to use a rubber mallet and a whole lot of pulling and cursing to get mine on. Swear it took more than an hour and a couple broken clips, thankfully I pulled the clips off my factory mats and they fit as replacements.

Although apparently, the trick is that you should bring them inside and let them warm up before trying to put them on. Oops! ?

Olds, for me the hardest part was to choose the language in which I was going to yell things I would not say around my grandchildren. ? The mats had just arrived via UPS so they were definitely cold from being in the delivery van for a while. They also had an interesting ride, from Irvine, CO to Commerce City, CO to Hodgkins, IL and then back to Commerce City and finally to my home. Maybe they were truck-lagged as well.
