If you happen to be a fan of Formula 1, and have been to one of the European races, you know the there is a huge presence of multi-expansion trailers that forms their team and the hospitality suites.

This particular trailer takes the F1 trailer philosophy and implements into a consumer trailer - its pretty amazing in my mind.

Interesting. Thanks for posting that.

I think 25kW solar is extremely unlikely. Has to be a misprint (although the website says that too). For comparison, I have a 25'x25' standalone garage with 10kW of solar taking up most of the roof. I don't see how you can fit 25kW on a travel trailer, even with push-outs. For comparison, even Living Vehicles only has 3.5kW. Lightship has 1.8kW. And Pebble has 1.1kW. EvoTrex (also new, and not available yet) has 1.5kW.

Yeah, no possible way that can house 25kW of solar. Missing a decimal point - supposed to be 2.5kW mayhaps?

Also, they haven't posted any updates or press releases since last February. Yet apparently they have a booth at CES? With a very hand-built mockup. Feels sus.

Also…. Where are they storing the furniture when it's folded up? The renders show a couch and dining set that are way too bulky to fold up and fit in its "compacted" state.

Typical space range
  • Commercial kit vendors list a 25 kW system as needing up to ~1,650 sq ft of array space.
  • Another sizing example using ~83 modern panels (around 300 W each) estimates about 1,450 sq ft total (83 × ~17.5 sq ft per panel).
  • A commercial design example with 370 W panels calls for about 119 m² (~1,280 sq ft) of clear area, which is in the same ballpark once spacing/aisles are added.

Aside from that lie/typo, this looks like a couple of the other new-style electric trailers that actually already exist. It's a nothing announcement and I can probably have AI whip up something real quick too, like they did.
