Has this process changed? I just tried to access RIDE for the first time and the five taps on the top bar does nothing to the list of apps available to open.

Last time I did it, wasn't the whole top bar, just the yellow box.

Pretty sure you need to be in service mode first.

This exactly. Settings/Service - service mode ON. Tap the top notification bar 5x, open app tray, select RiDE. Tap 5x's on the riddle. Enter the code.
