I’m 12,000 miles and six months old. Fair amount of DCFC but only above 85% maybe six times (either DC or AC) and at 96% SoH.I just took a look at my SoH after 1 year / 13K miles -- 94%
How does this compare to other trucks?
Again, we have no idea what this number means. Either in the context of ourselves or on the context of the fleet.I just took a look at my SoH after 1 year / 13K miles -- 94%

Once again, we don't know what this number means relative to each truck, the fleet, the specific battery, or really any other metrics of age/max charge/temp ranges/charge cycles.x12000 VIN
92% SOH
28k miles
Location: SoCal
Times Fast Charged: <12, and then at least 10 of those were between 20-80%.
This is my 3rd BEV, so I'm familiar with charging.
When new there was only the 70/85/100% sliders, I left mine at 70% SOC. I have only full charged the truck twice, once was ~98% literally went on a road trip, didn't have time to wait. So I never let the truck sit at a "high" SOC.
I'm confused why my SOH is so low, compared to others, especially Kyle who is at 95% @ 37k, and he fast charges A LOT.
I home charge 99% of the time, and it never sits above 80% SOC. I do use the Rivian L2 11kW Charger.
Still love my truck!

Location was still pulling up for me the last time my vehicle was in service, with the "in service" thing blocking charging state and everything else in the app. Probably too many panicked calls of "my vehicle is in service and they are letting the battery die"Come to think of it, this would be a problem if thieves ever figured out how to steal a Rivian. They could kill the LTE and you wouldn't be able to locate the vehicle.
That's good at least. I was sad ElectraFi missed some charging data from that trip though. Made me decide not to play around in the menus on the road unless I was actually having a slow charge and needed to decide if it was worthwhile to try switching plugs.Location was still pulling up for me the last time my vehicle was in service, with the "in service" thing blocking charging state and everything else in the app. Probably too many panicked calls of "my vehicle is in service and they are letting the battery die"
Pics of both or it didn't happen92% at 60kmiles
Literally the only things I use it for are battery temps while charging, requested power vs available power, and SOH% with the occasional 12V battery voltage check.Worth a note, but enabling this mode disables the LTE comms. I noticed it on a recent road trip because ElectraFi lost the charging data whenever I went into the service menu to look at things like the max available current from the charger. Really wish they'd just open up some of these data to us without having to resort to the RIDE menu.

Edit: Sounds like location still works, but much of the other data is stopped from the API that the phone app and ElectraFi would hit.
Service Mode first.I don't want to mess with the Ride menu but I would like to see it. Tapped five times on the top menu bar and the swiped up-- Nada
Can someone tell me how to get in?
TIA
