Lost all internet

This AM when I got in my truck, I noticed all connectivity was down. Alexa, Spotify, and tune in all aren’t working. I did a soft reset when I got to work but that didn’t fix it. Anybody encounter something similar?

That’s what I’m hoping too. Won’t be driving it til around noon, so we’ll see.

Sounds like it’s widespread. Likely a server or something at HQ.

I've been noticing the internet in my truck getting real bad over the past week or so. My guess is AT&T is doing some speed limiting stuff or something.

Just chatted with Rivian support, they are claiming it's not a widespread issue.
?‍ Suggested a hard-restart of the system. I'm not with my R1S right now so can't try it, but by what everyone is reporting here I'm willing to bet thats not going to fix it.

I’m sure more calls will start coming in. Doesn’t feel like a hard reset or sleep will do much but we’ll see.

Just checked and my R1S is still connected to the Wifi at the house. I'll see if I get a chance to leave the house and test it out.

My RT1 rental has the same issue - unable to share map routing from my phone to the truck. Also Alexa says no internet connectivity.
It sounds like this is widespread based on the responses here.

Mine lost connectivity for about 5 minutes, but then came back. I had an ATT phone in the truck at the time and it still had connection (I was on a zoom via data and no drop). Once it came back it was fine, though.

Same here in San Diego.
No internet connectivity in the vehicle.
Main screen shows full LTE bars.
App shows “vehicle offline” (except for Bluetooth).
Tried soft reset and hard reset, no change. May be a data center/cloud issue?
No connectivity issues with my AT&T iPhone.
fwiw… Downdetector is showing possible Tesla connectivity issues as well.
