Just connected my R1S to my iPhone’s mobile hotspot. Seems to work for infotainment stuff.

Roadside assistance just told me could be due to widespread outage at AT&T that is affecting lots of vehicles

Happened to me this morning on my way to work. Love the ATT outage excuse because I promptly switched to my phone (powered by ATT) to stream on via bluetooth.

Came back at lunch and everything was fine.

I lost WiFi and hotspot for about 30 min to an hour yesterday and then came back. Was fine earlier today during my commute. My cell carrier is ATT and had issues connecting to the internet yesterday through my phone, at the same time as the car was throwing its tantrum.

Mine came back but broke again LTE indicator on the screen is on with 4 bars but Wi-Fi not working

Rivian says it is an AT&T issue but my phone and Tesla are fine so if it is AT&T must be Rivian specific.

I have another issue where the hotspot on my iPhon 14 pro max does not show on the Rivian so can’t connect to that when parked either.

Are you sure?

Mine shows 4 bars, but they are not full brightness and there is a little cross above the left most bar.

Yep, I’m sure. Mine showed what yours showed immediately after a soft rest but switched to full LTE after about a minute, even though the truck can’t connect to anything.
