My main display has a dark vignette area around the truck -- what is this about?

Speed etc are very dim against that background. Charge level doesn't matter. I haven't tried a reset: mostly curious what it's doing.

It looks like it's fighting whether to show you light or dark mode. See if there is a setting to shut it off from automatically changing screen appearance to test if that's the issue. Did you do anything like tinting your front window or adding a phone mount somewhere that could be blocking the sensor that determines screen appearance?

perhaps it got stuck in the middle of a transition from dark to light mode. State bug?

id reset the infotainment (hold outer steering wheel buttons)

Send the photo in on a support ticket and the approximate time it started so Rivian can look at your trucks logs.

I submitted a bug & picture then reset it -- no more old time cinema mode. It was fun while it lasted!
