Thank you to everyone for this thread, as well as another thank you for publishing the STL file to be able to 3D print this at home.

I ran the wire using the OBDII adapter-to-USB to get power. The white wires of the MagSafe puck will drive my OCD batty.

Not my cleanest install ever, but I didn’t want to dremel into any of the trim to make a custom fit either.

Depends if you have an arm. RAM mounts tend to attach to a ball with an arm, then have another ball on the other end with a phone mount or whatnot. Kinda like this:

If that's the case, I'd go with the PRO mount. If not, the left one.

I ordered this one for left and right side but would like to have charging pad. I am guessing that is only available for 17mm. Is that right?

I have not seen a charging option for 1 IN. I've only seen it for 17MM and 20MM. They might exist, but I have not bumped into it.
