I did have a mobile set up for Saturday, but they called and said that I have to bring it in. Have an appointment for tomorrow.

Dropped mine off this morning at the local service center and after they discussed it they believe it's a hardware issue. To diagnose and order parts will take at least a week and half. I was hoping for a Rivian loaner but they had none and I had to get dropped off at Enterprise. I'll report back what they find and ETA on a resolution. Only had the car for 2 weeks and 2 days, hopefully they are able to resolve the issue quickly.
Does anyone know if I can swap out to a Rivian loaner once one becomes available?

UPDATE:
Issue was the cruise control module was not connected and the adhesive for the wiper sensors came off. Hopefully that's it for surprises, happy that the service center promptly looked at my vehicle and got it resolved quickly.

I just saw your update. Glad it was an easy fix. Unfortunately still waiting for my service date at the end of the month. Looking forward to getting that functionality.

No, Gen 1
On Gen1 you should be able to tap the lever down twice (not back like Gen2) to engage. Worked for me on the highway. Worked great!
