Cabin filter wouldn't do anything to stop cooling in that period unless you had a serious rodent problem. Probably need to get service involved. I would call or chat with them. (It is currently snowing here so I can't offer anything related to my AC performance at all)Air conditioner is cooling at about 20% of original. Anybody have thoughts or recommendations. Is there an air filter that might need changing. Only 4000 miles.
I was able to skip this step (I think by using the X in the upper left corner) and created the ticket without an appointment.
Thank you to all who have responded with your suggestions. I was able to get in touch with service and they did offer an early appointment to fill a cancellation. Since this is not really critical, I would rather let others with urgent repairs use the time slot. I was able to schedule an appointment out in May, and so long as it doesn’t stop entirely, I will add other items to the ticket as time goes on if necessary . Definitely looking forward to more service centers being opened. I know in my neighborhood I now see Rivians all the time.I was in the same boat and opened a ticket. They will move you up if someone cancels. I have an appointment now, much sooner.

Rivian contacted me within a day or two to discuss and scheduled an appointment for me. In my case the appointment is around 6 months in the future, but it is for several truly minor things I wanted addressed before the adjustments warranty expires.
I told them in the ticket and on the phone it didn’t matter to me when they got me in as long as the warranty would cover the issues based on when they were submitted. I explained that I understood people with significant (drivability & safety) problems should take priority over my Rivian’s minor issues.
Sorry to hear. That has not been my experience. There are lot of Rivians in the greater Seattle area but I've had the opposite experience. I heard about the recall notice in these forums and even got a letter a week or two ago but figured the software update mitigating much of the issue but they called me earlier this week and I have a mobile appt. this upcoming week at my house to replace the pedal. I hope your service area gets settled. From what little I know, there are growing pains, sorry to hear it is in your area. I'm expect you are in an exceptionally high adoption area. Sounds like you found a viable work around, thanks for sharing.
Once is open in Eastvale (near Corona). It doesn't show up in the app, but service can book you there if they are available. I do hear that they are very short staffed there. I have an appointment there in March that took 3 months to schedule.I live in SoCal, and this service center - while great, is massively overbooked/worked.
They need another service center in San Bernardino(Rancho/Ontario) or Riverside/Corona.
6 months? Amazing how they are limiting your ability to lemon.I was able to skip this step (I think by using the X in the upper left corner) and created the ticket without an appointment.
