Not on a schedule. Rivian charger. Car is in garage and sitting as it will be for a while. I tried cooling and changing charge level and no dice. this is the second time. I had a friend go by last time and re-plugging did the trick.

Anybody else with this issue? Any suggestions aside from bugging my friend?

My only thought is if there was a power flicker during the incessant rain we had in South Florida it may have interrupted something. House is on a genset so if the power was off for more than 45 seconds the juice would be restored.

I have used the Rivian charger for a year now. Twice I have had to reset the breaker to get it to charge. I use a schedule and charge at night. A third time it did not charge, but did charge normally after the second night, without resetting it. I charge about every three days.

Re-plug worked again. I am glad I have someone that can stop by.

I heard a similar report a few weeks ago. I don't recall exact details. You might consider getting a remote control, wifi enabled plug. If the vehicle is just being stored, then you can just run it from a normal household outlet, and use any generic wifi outlet. If you really do want to keep L2 charging it will cost a bit more.

Are you able to access your Rivian charger over wifi? Do you see it under "gear" in the app? Are you able to reset it that way?

The hard-mounted wall charger has wifi, the mobile charger does not. You said that someone unplugged the charger, which implies the mobile charger. The wall charger is not rated/certified for a plug, only hardwire.

I have the wall mounted hard wired charger in my garage. It is connected to the Wi-Fi network in the house. It has the network name. I don't see a way to reset it.

When I said re-plugged, I meant take it off and then back into the car charge port.
