Our R1T and R1S vehicle continue to pull to the right even after Rivian Service Center did a complete alignment.
Any solution out there?

thanks

Sounds to me an alignment problem. Mine just wandered all over the road at highway speed, sort of reminds me of the early American SUVs that never track straight and tends to require lots of steering correction on the freeway to keep it straight. When the Driver+ is activated, the problem goes away. It just gets tiresome driving long distances where Driver+ is not available. It is time like this that I truly missed my Tesla's Autopilot; with literally no restrictions on where I can use it. So I finally took it into the CS and all they did was an alignment and plus my air suspension recalibration, noh, plus they realigned my steering afterwards. I will be going on a 400 mile plus interstate drive later today. I'll report back then.

Mine still seems to do it a bit, after service says they fixed it, but I think it just really likes to follow road pitch/crown. My tires seem to show no added wear from it.

I also have a pull right issue :/. I was thinking about bringing it to a local shop for an alignment but I don’t think any of them would do a good job with how new this truck is.

I would recommend you bring it to RSC for service and documentation of the problem.....

Sounds like alignment or another suspension related issue. As much as this forum would love to be able to diagnose it for you...its just not possible. All we can do is guess and this is a potential safety issue. I would take it in to service.

I had an alignment performed within a week of delivery because of a severe pull to the right at all speeds. The Normal service center nailed the alignment and it drove perfectly for a month or two. It slowly worked it's way out of alignment again where I had a soft pull to the right at low speeds only. Highway speeds were good (probably because of the power-steering OTA update). The steering wheel wasn't perfectly centered before or after the alignment, but it wasn't bad enough that I cared.

I just got it back from its 2nd service center visit (7,000 miles) and they had to re-align it for me because of some other repairs to correct suspension noises I asked them to fix, and the alignment is again really good. However, now the steering wheel is off-center slightly the other direction.

This may just be an ongoing issue with these vehicles, but the next time it works its way out of alignment I will be taking it to a local alignment shop to have them give it a try. If memory serves, they included the alignment results in my first service records so I can give those to the shop when they do it.

If they come pick it up do they give me a loaner or rental while they have it in for service?
They won't pick it up for free if it's safe to drive. You'll be paying a pretty heavy price in towing to have them pick it up.

My buddy has a tricked out 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe that's worth over $100k and he takes it off roading maybe once a month and he has alignment issues all the time.

Rivian's new policy is they no longer offer free flatbed pick up and delivery but if you drive to the nearest RSC to drop of your R1, they will generally offer a free loaner or rental car. What's cool is if you get a loaner, they'll have a Dealer or manufacturer plate. Enclosed are three different loaners offered to me during my many visits to various RSCs.

Mine still pulls to the right (R1T); well at least most of the time. Sometimes it's perfect and I can't seem to be able to tell why. Can be similar temps on the same road during the same time of day and one day it tracks straight as an arrow and the next day I want to smash it into a tree. Going to have my 4th alignment tomorrow.
