Oh hell yes! Shortcuts. New widget on my Home Screen. Now they just need native widgets that work faster.

Do the shortcuts allow for cabin preconditioning? Then I could finally put it on a timer. That would be long overdue.

Sorry, but you can't fault people for being annoyed about something being broken for well over a year now. Then there's the communication that we're all getting our fixes starting in October, except nobody is getting it yet, and now we have it thrown in our faces that yep, shit's still broken, thanks for your $1,500, though!

Are you inferring that every department at Rivian shut their doors to concentrate on fixing your personal gripe?

f Rivian and their new tech. The whole entire company should be working on my tonneau. That makes sense and will get the poster a lot of sympathy.

This why it’s an annoyance. Since my tonneau is stuck open, I am always going to have an icon implying *something* is unlocked. This bothers me for the same reason seeing an icon for 4,283 unread emails on my wife’s phone bothers me, haha.

I've done car wash once with my R1S so far and it was my last time. Door trim had a piece of carwash fabric stuck under it. I now wash Rivian at home.

Hmmm. The last few App updates apparently are not download-able on my older, but still supported iPhone SE IOS 15.7.9.

If any Rivian techs are watching this thread, can you please explain why?

Might need to perform the calibration. Push the window all the way down and hold it for 5 secs. Then pull it up and hold for another 5 seconds.

Compared to my last vehicle (which never really got any updates...hell, it didn't even have a touch screen), it's incredible to have a vehicle that's essentially a computer on wheels; I always look forward to seeing what's coming next!

Hmm...some of the mobile screen snaps are iOS, some must be Andriod - but I am not seeing ANY new or changed UI elements on my mobile (app 2.4.0, car 2023.38.). I have of course restarted the app. What am I missing here?
