I'd heard of Riviain before Long Way Up, but the series is definitely a big reason why I went through with buying one.

Same. I lked Rivian's idea but had no intentions of buying until I saw these, saw the level of confidence they had to test it in such varrying terrain for such long distance and was sold. Put my deposit down and took delivery Aug 2022. Super happy customer so far!

That was a fun watch. I haven't seen "Long Way Up" yet (no Apple TV). To hear RJ give the greenlight to this project with barely anything but an idea and all the adventures the crew went through was very cool.
Definitely wouldn't want a knee car horn though!

I already had my reservation when it came out but watching this series made me feel that much better about my decision! Besides that it was the only thing out there at that point featuring actual Rivian’s, how could we not watch it? I had never seen the first two long way series and went back and watched them too. I kinda wish they had made a long way up model of the live wire, I might actually have considered buying one. Feel like they missed a real opportunity there.
