I just got a RN034XXX R1S Adventure from the shop...

so many questions! I am dying to see the number of 12V connectors (probably not on the front or under the dash) and what sound system I got!

I just grabbed RN035xxx yesterday from the shop - apparently built yesterday so still warm out of the oven ;-)

I confirmed R1S config from a shop last week (Jan 31) and was contacted by guide that we can pick up from local SC this week. The VIN is 2023 but last Six digits are 016xxx. It seems like it’s a late July 2023 build. Is that a concern? Curious why such an earlier build ? Asked this to the guilde and waiting for reply. Any insight here?

Just got my R1S - June 2021 order - VIN ends in PN004***

Should I be concerned that the VIN is so low?
I just confirmed R1S from shop this past week (Jan 31st) and VIN assigned is PN 016xxx. It seems it’s from late July 2023 build batch. Did you talk to your guide and what did you end up do with yours? I’m wondering why it is such an old build now and should I be concerned. Thanks

My R1T is RN031, guess maybe a December build? Weird it’s still at the factory.

I picked my car out of the R1S shop this week. My VIN is RN038xxx.
I made a reservation in the shop in Dec. 2023, had access to the shop a couple of weeks later.

same, ordered 2/19 and assigned a RN031. Curious thing is I spec'd a Standard+ battery but the VIN code shows it as a Large. Still waiting on it to move to deliver...

Maybe that’s up to date for the T then. They’re probably building more S’s. Mine hasn’t moved yet either, but I’m fine with it.

? ordered from the shop on 2/26/2024. Immediately got a VIN with PN025xxx and completed all steps to purchase within 2 days. Scheduled to pick it up late March. Should I be concerned its born-on date is so old?

(R1T, dual-performance, large pack)

I am looking to buy an R1T (Quad), my guide found me a car close by (~700 miles from me) and he is working on the transfer to my local SC.
I asked for the VIN today and it looks like it is 2023. PN022XXX

Should I worry about that?
Should I ask for a newer car?

Mine is 25k and it's from the shop, stamped June of last year, picked up July. Yours is probably around an April/May 2023 build.

It's up to you, and there's probably nothing really wrong with that one, but being that it's nearly a year "old", I personally would probably try to get a 2024 at this point, if I were buying now.

If 25K was on June 2023, by the time I'll take delivery it will be 11-12 months from manufacture.
I'll ask my guide for at least 2024 vehicle.
