Satisfactory repair?

Got rear ended in my passenger rear quarter panel, they replaced the panel and painted to match, seems like they scratched the hatch and the paint has a few imperfections. Am I being too picky? I'm also sour because they had it 5 and a half weeks...

That's some BS, I'd never accept that. Ask them if you performed that work for them, would they be happy? I had to get some body work done to my door sill from a supposed prestigious bodyshop that effed up some stuff too which annoyed me but they made it right. Scratched my glass somehow on the driver side window and had to replace that and nicked some trim taking the door panel off. Hose from the door that was disconnected because they didn't secure the clips.

Mindblowing to me from a place that works on exotic cars all day but it is what it is. You need to tell them it's just not acceptable unless that wasn't part of the original statement of work.

That's a lot of body damage for returning from the body damage repair shop. Nothing is too bad, but it's just sloppy and careless work.

You paid to have it repaired to new, I would not accept this work.

You are definitely not being too picky.
That is the kind of damage that I wouldn't send my car TO the body shop if it was on my car, but the fact that you just got it BACK from the body shop looking like that is sad.
