Water Running Noise While Charging?

Hey all, I received my 2023 LE R1S the beginning of June and still getting used to some of the noises. One that strikes me as odd is the sound of running water while charging, almost reminds me of a fish tank sound. I assume it might be battery cooling related but wasn’t sure if this is common or if this is something I should put in a service ticket for? Attached a brief video clip of the sound from a charging session today.

This is a lose connection in the coolant system for the battery. It'll cycle fluid and continue to in a noisy fashion because it's leaking coolant fluid.
