Can someone confirm if this is metallic or not?

My impression is that it does not have heavy flaking like El Cap but does shift colors from a green hue to a blue hue. As others have said it does look very different in person than pictures. Here are some pics that give a better idea of what it looks like in person on s sunny day. My camera still added more of a blue hue than in person.

When did you take those pictures? My limestone with 22's is being delivered to the service center any day now - wondering if it is mine.

Hey all. First post! I'm on the waitlist and don't expect my number to come up for a long, long time.... Anyway, thanks for posting that picture of the Limestone! Been thinking a lot about this color. It looks non-metallic to me, but someone noted lots of metal flakes. Can someone confirm if this is metallic or not? Thanks!!

There is A LOT of metal flake in the paint. I was surprised when I picked mine up and looked at it how much was actually there. And as others have noted the color changes like a chameleon in direct sunlight.

Congratulations! It was about 6 weeks ago. It seems like the Denver Service Center has a healthy flow of trucks moving through it.

A Rivian showed up in my town just north of Charlotte. Coworker says, yeah a light blue one. I saw it today in different light, beautiful Limestone gray with black wheels ?
He saw in sun. I saw in shade. That's Limestone.

Took this picture of a Limestone R1T at Chicago service center yesterday. They had about 15 R1Ts on the lot. I was fortunate to get to look inside one that was being delivered to a customer when we walked up. Limestone looked great. My config switched back to limestone when I got home. It was a sunny day. The color changes ever so slightly as you move around it.

Ouch! I'm anxious to hear how you resolved the tire problem. It's very unfortunate that spares are in such short supply.

But the 'real' reason for my response is to say THIS is the color that I'm hopeful I most often see when my R1T is ready. I'm curious if this was an iPhone photo.

Iphone photo yes.
I had to search for a jack, a jack riser, lug wrench and a tire. Found a used 275/65/20 and using it to drive 150 miles to get the OEM Pirelli’s.

For all of you with no spare, buy the OEM tire and bring it with you. Depending on your location, it may save you days of waiting. Also a 7/8 lug wrench and a jack high enough to lift the car with this much droop and suspension articulation.

The color is awesome. Same color as dust, but darker than water spots. My other car is dark blue and shows every piece of lint.

Sorry didn’t check the forum for awhile since I was busy racking mileage with my truck. Yes I did matte PPF the whole truck since when you did matte, you have to do the whole truck. Let me know if you guys want more pics or videos

I feel like a traitor. I have had an R1T in limestone with black rims reserved for almost a year now. After seeing some of the initial limestone photos a couple months ago I changed my configuration to an R1S and then switched colors as well. On a whim, I decided to see if I could find any limestones with matte PPF this afternoon. I came across your video and I’ve already switched my configuration back to the R1T in limestone. Your truck looks amazing. Well done!

Thanks. If you in Seattle area, I would try to meet up with you so you have a chance to see it in real life. What I found is color from photo or video will not really represented well. BTW I will have my R1S in LG and will do the matte finished again. I found that matte finished hire dirt well and easy to clean. I’m still trying to figure out the wheel for my R1S.
