This likely has been answered but I was hoping someone could explain why my motor temps get so hot when dc fast charging.
I usually charge at home but yesterday I drove from Chicago to Milwaukee and the R1s suggested a quick 10-15 min charge on the way home. Temp outside was 10 degrees. I went to a 150kw electrify America charger and charged for 10 min. Motors got so hot so quickly. We are talking over 250 degrees f in 10 min.

, but they don’t really seem to push much air regardless of how high the fan is turned up. Others have suggested the floor vents work better if you always leave the rear vents on or you only use the auto HVAC setting, so I am trying that now.
