??Curious how many of you do a hard reset after installing any new updates. If so why. Cheers

Mine did work on the second try (after resets). Service said to make sure battery temp is "normal" too. In my gen 2 that means low 50s. Not sure where you are, but if in cold weather reset & precondition before trying a second time.Yikes! Thankfully the update failed and my wife was able to use the car earlier today. Let me know how it goes for you after the resets. I’ll probably try that method as well.
Mine did this earlier in the week, a soft reset fixed mine.Skipped the middle man like @mikehmb suggested. Works great.
I installed the update, took about 50 minutes. I would say getting out of the driveway in reverse seems smoother, previously it would feel jerky. Recently when I scrolled through Spotify, the audio would pause, and the pages would just scroll so fast, despite very slowly scrolling. Seems to be working great now. No issues so far.
We need a coast mode for winter driving!Mine just finished, it took maybe 45 min. I won't be out driving for bit, but the reverse throttle mapping should be interesting. I'd love a coast mode so I can hover over over the brake like a normal car, seems like it would be safer.
Snow mode doesn't manage it?We need a coast mode for winter driving!
Nope.Snow mode doesn't manage it?
Prefacing this by saying I did a preemptive soft reset.
The main display is far more responsive now… thank god!
My menu says the rear display is locked, when it clearly isn’t.
I’ve noticed after the update that the volume levels are noticeably different on Atmos tracks vs normal tracks when using Apple Music. It’s really annoying when your playlist switches between those two modes between songs.
More annoyingly, the estimated time left to charge seems wrong in the vehicle and the app now. Says I had 15 mins to go on my L2 charger at home when I was at ~52% charged and had it set to charge to 100%.![]()
I for one prefer the finger licking’ good method. The challenge, needless to say, is remembering not to pick my or anyone else’s nose beforehand.Just lick the camera directly.
Why use your finger as the middle-man? That's just gross.
Good suggestion. I checked and it’s already enabled though.I’m not sure if this suggestion will work or if you already tried this, but there’s a setting within Apple Music that will equalize volumes between tracks.
Seems like several settings don't stick past a drive cycle and this is another new one.Prefacing this by saying I did a preemptive soft reset.

Mine has done this all of 47.01. Still waiting for this update….My proximity garage door icon isn’t working with this new update??? When I’m away from home it pops up every time I’m stopped. When I finally did get home tonight it didn’t pop up at all. I X it out the last time it popped up, now nothing?
Anyone else having this issue?
