Looks like I've joined the club. Went to use my camp speaker a few days ago and it was completely dead. Plugged into USB-C and it eventually turned on, but as soon as I pull the cord out it dies. Suspect the internal battery has failed.
My two year warranty on it expires in three days. I reported it to Rivian three days ago. So technically, it was reported six days before the end of the two year warranty. The app auto-generated a mobile service ticket for the end of April.
Anyone want to take bets about whether they'll give me a free one, or should I just buy one on eBay or from the Gear Shop?
Conversely, any troubleshooting ideas?
