So...it's been over a month since we got leaks of 2024.11. Has .15 started rolling out to employees yet?

Pretty sure it’s going to be delayed by a bit since they’re having issues with 2024.11

Saw in other threads that several owners hadn’t gotten the 2024.11 update. Apparently was causing issues with the map

Opal has 2024.11.02. We have not noticed any problems yet, although we rarely use the map.

I assume the map issue is when it randomly goes blank?

Vehicles produced post-shutdown presumably have updated software to accommodate all of the hardware changes. I see no reason Rivian wouldn't try to roll the older vehicles into the same firmware package.

I'm assuming we're going to finally hear more during the Q1 earnings call, including when they plan to start shipping the new ascent drivetrains.

There was an article somewhere online that said refreshed R1s will have new infotainment packages/software and will be also rolled out to current owners or something like that come when produced.

My guesses based on seeing it already on a beta testers vehicle. This the second beta test software in a row with lane change camera view. This was pulled at the last minute on 24.11., but my hope is it will make it on 24.15. The latest one has remote camera view in the app, but I was told that probably won't make in the next update. In order to get remote viewing, beta testers also pay for streaming services on their account, at $1.00 per month. This doesn't include any type Netflix, youtube, etc.. but maybe just a way to test how they will implement the subscription type fees. All this is allegedly....
