12v warning

Woke up today with warning on fone, My R1S is still in 12V warranty period(33mos/31Kmi). cant get mobile, so Monday 9AM at San Jose service, Oh well. At least I got warning instead of TURTLE

it took them 4 weeks to replace mine after the warning. Leave it plugged in as much as you can. I managed to make it through until they could get to it.

Wow. They did mine same day when it failed. Since mine was driveable (warning, not the turtle) they told me to just come on over and they did it while I waited. Four weeks seems exceptionally long time. Did they say why it took so long?
