Advice requested: repair or remove PPF?

I scratched and tore my gear tunnel PPF with my bicycle pedal. Can it be repaired with a heat gun or should I just plan to remove it?

There's holes in that, a heat gun is not going to repair it......You will need to replace. Certainly seemed to do it's job though....

I'd be more interested in seeing how you fit a bicycle in the gear tunnel. ??

J/k, take that off and replace. Hopefully there's no scratches underneath that once you get it all peeled off.

My gear tunnel PPF is long gone, in fact I lost both sides and a piece of the lower plastic trim on the same trail..... ?‍

Just rip it off and be done with it, assuming you don't have full PPF, if so then go have your installer recut that piece.

Remove and replace, if you're doing it yourself be sure to use a fair amount of heat as to help release the adhesive from the paint and not leave a ton behind. =)

Yes great product and easy to install. This was my first time installing ppf.
